Obiettivi formativi
Il tirocinio costituisce la fase pratica della formazione individuale, il momento di incontro concreto tra il sapere teorico, che appartiene all' "Istruzione", e quello pratico, che viene trasmesso dal mondo del lavoro.
Il tirocinio rappresenta un momento molto significativo per la propria formazione personale e professionale. Il tirocinante si trova di fronte ad una preziosa opportunità per arricchire il bagaglio culturale e per mettersi alla prova nel settore professionale in cui andrà a inserirsi. Seguire quotidianamente le attività svolte permette allo studente di arricchire e integrare le tre sfere della conoscenza: il "sapere", il "saper fare" e il "saper essere". Il mondo del lavoro infatti, oggi più che in passato, richiede figure professionali dotate non solo di conoscenze teoriche specialistiche, ma anche di concrete abilità pratiche e caratteristiche di personalità ben delineate.
Il tirocinio non è solo un momento formativo, ma anche un percorso di orientamento personale che, meglio di ogni altra esperienza, può aiutare il giovane ad acquisire una maggiore consapevolezza delle sue potenzialità, dei suoi limiti e delle sue aspettative di inserimento lavorativo.
Il tirocinio quindi si pone come obiettivi:
- l'acquisizione da parte degli studenti di una conoscenza concreta del mondo produttivo;
- la possibilità di verificare sul campo le proprie attitudini e le proprie scelte;
- l'acquisizione di capacità comportamentali e tecniche specifiche.
Il tirocinio, oltre al raggiungimento degli obiettivi clinici specifici del "saper fare" previsti nel core curriculum, deve perciò assicurare anche le basi del "saper essere" attraverso una pratica clinica che sappia mettere in evidenza i diritti fondamentali dei pazienti in termini di:
- dignità della persona
- rispetto del paziente
- impegno ad agire nell'interesse del paziente, come base fondante della professionalità sanitaria;
- corretta informazione del paziente
- fiducia del paziente, intesa come fiducia nella competenza, integrità, abilità e cortesia dell'operatore sanitario e dello studente.
Le attività formative pratiche sono suddivise in due distinte aree di tirocinio:
- area clinico-audiologica (125 ore)
- area audioprotesica (600 ore)Gli obiettivi si dividono sostanzialmente in:
- obiettivi trasversali
Comportamento etico-deontologico (motivazione-interesse e partecipazione-responsabilità-rispetto turnistica)
Comportamento professionale (abbigliamento idoneo-puntualità)
Area relazionale (approccio con il paziente-i tutor e i loro colleghi)
Collaborazione nella preparazione del setting di lavoro e conoscenza degli strumenti utilizzati
Spirito critico nel riconoscere eventuali inesattezze proprie/altrui
Capacità di correlare i test tra loro/ ad eventuali possibili patologie e di saper indicare la necessità di ulteriori esami di approfondimento
Capacità di apprendimento delle indicazioni dei tutor e applicazione delle nozioni teoriche alla pratica.

Traineeship constitutes the practical phase of individual formation, the moment of concrete encounter between theoretical knowledge, which belongs to the "Instruction", and the practical one, which is transmitted from the world of work.
The internship is a very significant moment for personal and professional training. The trainee is faced with a precious opportunity to enrich the cultural baggage and to test himself in the professional sector in which he will be inserted. Following daily activities allows the student to enrich and integrate the three spheres of knowledge: "knowledge", "know-how" and "know-how". The world of work in fact, today more than in the past, requires professionals with not only specialized theoretical knowledge, but also practical practical skills and personality characteristics well outlined. The internship is not just a formative moment, but also a personal orientation path that, better than any other experience, can help the young person to gain a greater awareness of his potential, his limitations and his expectations of job placement.
The internship then sets itself as objectives:
- the acquisition by students of a concrete knowledge of the production world;
- the possibility of verifying their own attitudes and choices on the field;
- the acquisition of specific behavioral and technical skills.
The traineeship, in addition to achieving the specific clinical objectives of the "know how" provided in the core curriculum, must therefore also ensure the basis of "knowing how to" through a clinical practice that can highlight the fundamental rights of patients in terms of:
- dignity of the person
- respect for the patient
- commitment to act in the interest of the patient, as a basic foundation of health professionalism;
- correct patient information
- patient trust, understood as trust in the competence, integrity, skill and courtesy of the health worker and the student.The practical training activities are divided into two distinct internship areas:
- clinical-audiological area (125 hours)
- hearing aid area (600 hours)The objectives are basically divided into:

Ethical-deontological behavior (motivation-interest and participation-responsibility-respect for shifts)
Professional behavior (suitable clothing - punctuality)
Relational area (approach with the patient-the tutors and their colleagues)
Collaboration in the preparation of the work setting and knowledge of the tools used
Critical spirit in recognizing any own / others' inaccuracies
Ability to correlate the tests with each other / to any possible pathologies and to be able to indicate the need for further in-depth examinations
Ability to learn the indications of the tutors and apply theoretical notions to practice.

Risultati dell'apprendimento attesi
Lo studente, al termine del tirocinio, deve dimostrare di aver raggiunto gli obiettivi formativi previsti indispensabili per la gestione del paziente adulto, dall'accoglienza al congedo, in completa autonomia per quanto riguarda la diagnosi strumentale dell'ipoacusia e la selezione, fornitura, adattamento e la verifica dell'apparecchio acustico.
In particolare riguardo a:
- conoscenze e comprensione; lo studente deve conoscere e sapersi orientare con sicurezza nell'ambito delle tecniche audiometriche di base per la valutazione della capacità uditiva, dell'audiometria pre e post protesica, dell'audiometria infantile e neonatale
- conoscenze applicate e capacità di comprensione; lo studente, sulla base delle conoscenze acquisite, deve essere in grado di applicarle nel contesto lavorativo in cui si trova, preparando il setting adeguato e, riconoscendo i bisogni del paziente, rispondere alle esigenze nel modo adeguato, dimostrando un atteggiamento professionale
- autonomia di giudizio; lo studente deve essere in grado, in autonomia, di saper gestire il paziente adulto dall'accoglienza al congedo, proponendo una soluzione protesica adatta. Inoltre deve saper discutere i casi clinici, impostare un piano di valutazione e programmare i controlli successivi
- abilità comunicative; lo studente deve essere in grado di stabilire una relazione efficace con il paziente, con i compagni e con l'equipe lavorativa
At the end of the internship, the student must demonstrate that he has achieved the educational objectives required for the management of the adult patient, from reception to leave, in complete autonomy as regards the instrumental diagnosis of hearing loss and the selection, supply, adaptation and verification of the hearing aid.
In particular concerning:
- knowledge and understanding; the student must know and know how to orientate with confidence in the field of basic audiometric techniques for the assessment of auditory capacity, pre and post prosthetic audiometry, infant and neonatal audiometry and vestibular instrumental diagnostics.
- applied knowledge and understanding skills; on the basis of the acquired knowledge, the student must be able to apply them in the working context in which they find themselves, preparing the appropriate setting and, recognizing the needs of the patient, respond to the needs in the appropriate way, demonstrating a professional attitude.
- autonomy of judgment; the student must be able, independently, to be able to manage the adult patient from reception to leave, the student must be able, independently, to know how to manage the adult patient from reception to leave, proposing a suitable prosthetic solution. He must also be able to discuss clinical cases, set up an evaluation plan and plan the subsequent checks
- communication skills; the student must be able to establish an effective relationship with the patient, with the classmates and with the work team- Oggetto:
Programma
Verranno fornite allo studente le conoscenze negli ambiti sotto elencati
- Area relazionale e della comunicazione: Rapporti con compagni ed con equipe e approccio con il paziente
- Area del comportamento etico-deontologico: Impegno verso il benessere del paziente e dei care-givers insieme a motivazione e responsabilità
- Comportamento professionale: Presenza, puntualità, serietà professionale, capacità osservazionale e Autonomia e capacità organizzative all'interno del Servizio
- Capacità tecnico-operative: apprendimento teorico-pratico di Audiometria tonale liminare e sovraliminare, vocale ed impedenzometria (completa autonomia operativa), Audiometria infantile, neonatale ed otoemissioni (consolidamento), Impianti cocleari (consolidamento), completa autonomia nelle fasi di diagnosi strumentale, selezione, fornitura, adattamento e verifica dell'apparecchio acustico.
The knowledge will be provided to the student in the areas listed below
- Relationship and communication area: Relations with peers and with a team and approach with the patient
- Area of ethical and deontological behavior: Commitment to the well-being of the patient and of the care-givers together with motivation and responsibility
- Professional behavior: Presence, punctuality, professional seriousness, observational skills and autonomy and organizational skills within the Service
- Technical and operational skills: theoretical and practical learning of tonal and supra-primary tonal audiometry, vocal and impedometry (complete operational autonomy), infant, neonatal and otoemissions (consolidation) audiometry, cochlear implants (consolidation), auditory evoked potentials, complete autonomy in the phases of diagnosis, selection, supply, adaptation and verification of the hearing aid.- Oggetto:
Modalità di insegnamento
Lo studente affianca il tutor ed esegue dei test sotto la sua supervisione, in completa auonomia operativa. Le ore di tirocinio indicate nel piano di studi sono obbligatorie al 100%.
The student works alongside the tutor and performs tests under his supervision, or in operational autonomy. The internship hours indicated in the study plan are all mandatory.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
La verifica dell'apprendimento avviene con un esame orale, sostenuto davanti alla Commissione, presieduta dal Coordinatore e composta da docenti e tutors. Le domande riguardano l' ambito del tirocinio seguito e lo studente dovrà essere in grado di saper interpretare i tracciati dell'audiometria tonale, vocale e dell'impedenzometria proposti dalla commissione e discutere dei casi clinici
Il voto è espresso in 30esimi e sarà la media del voto dell'esame con i voti provenienti dalle schede di valutazione di ciascun periodo di tirocinio.
Lo studente potrà sostenere l'esame di tirocinio solo dopo avere frequentato e superato positivamente le verifiche(formalizzate da schede di valutazione predisposte che si trovano all'interno del libretto di tirocinio) di tutti i periodi di tirocinio programmati ad inizio anno accademico.
Lo studente può dare l'esame una sola volta in un anno (sessione autunnale).
The assessment of learning takes place with an oral exam, supported before the Commission, chaired by the Coordinator and composed of teachers and tutors. The questions concern the area of the traineeship and the student must be able to interpret the tonal, vocal and impeded audiometry tracks proposed by the committee and discuss the clinical cases.
The vote is expressed in 30ths and will be the average of the grade of the exam with the marks coming from the evaluation sheets of each training period.
The student will be able to take the internship exam only after having successfully completed and passed the tests (formalized by prepared assessment sheets which are in the internship booklet) of all the internships scheduled at the beginning of the academic year.
