Risultati dell'apprendimento attesi
Lo studente, al termine dell'insegnamento, deve raggiungere gli obiettivi formativi previsti per un'adeguata formazione sulla presa in carica del paziente sordo.
In particolare, lo studente deve acquisire la capacità di conoscere tutti gli ausili protesici e saper applicare tali conoscenze in base alle diverse fasce di età e tipologia di sordità. Dovrà anche attuare le abilità di counselling professionale per ottimizzare la risposta del paziente, coinvolgendo, se necessario anche i caregivers.
At the end of the course, the student must achieve the educational objectives foreseen for adequate training on taking charge of the deaf patient.
In particular, the student must acquire the ability to know all the prosthetic aids and be able to apply this knowledge based on the different age groups and types of deafness. He will also need to implement professional counseling skills to optimize the patient's response, involving caregivers if necessary.

Sono previste lezioni frontali con la collaborazione di Audioprotesisti. E' necessaria la frequenza del 100% delle lezioni.

E' previsto un test scritto e la valutazione finale sarà espressa con un giudizio di idoneità o non idoneità

Affiancamento all'audiometrista e al medico specialista nei controlli ambulatoriali dei pazienti protesizzazti.
In collaborazione con il docente del complemento alla didattica
Disamina di casi e simulazioni complete:
- Analisi del quadro clinico -Valutazione della correttezza e compatibilità dei risultati tra loro
- Analisi delle esigenze - Presentazione e valutazione dei questionari
- Scelta della protesi acustica - Scelta dell'accoppiamento acustico
- Scelta dell'algoritmo di guadagno (valutazioni pro e contro) - Taratura della protesi
- Counseling su uso/gestione/pulizia - Prove in situ, eventuali-Prove in vivo, valutazione dei risultati
- Documentazione varia da consegnare e valutazione delle procedure di acquisto
- Valutazione ed eventuali rettifiche sui controlli successivi
Il tutto verrà fatto presentando agli studenti casi, ed andando ad analizzare con loro il percorso audioprotesico più idoneo alla risoluzione dello specifico caso.
Ripasso generale con approfondimento di eventuali lacune riscontrate.

Analysis of the clinical picture - Evaluation of the correctness and compatibility of the results between them

Choice of the gain algorithm (pro and con evaluations) - Prosthesis calibration
Counseling on use / management / cleaning - In situ tests, possible in vivo tests, evaluation of results
Documentation varies to be delivered and evaluation of purchase procedures
Evaluation and possible adjustments on subsequent controlsAll this will be done by presenting the students with cases, and going on to analyze with them the most suitable hearing aid path for the resolution of the specific case.
